Well, its just like a Idea.
There many Main Studios out there, where all members use backgrounds and icons from the studio.
question: will we do the same? guess i think its pretty cool. but its not a must.
and are we a main studio? so where we HAVE to use backgrounds and icons? idk if this would be cool.
Maybe one of us can make backgrounds and icons for the member, and the one who want to use it could use it.

I'm fine with this idea but I wouldn't make it so you HAVE to use the background because I think that's unfair . But yeah if you or anyone else wants to have a go at making them then go for it
